I love chocolates and resisting was a problem!

I grew up relishing so many sweets in India that I never even gave a second look at chocolates, long until I got fascinated by the dark varieties in the Netherlands. Wouldn't it be awesome if they are healthier too?

I took it upon myself to master the art of making sugar-free heavenly dark chocolates - with just the right amount of honey and enticing flavours of nuts, berries, and even spices!
